ROBBY TRIMBO, PT, DPT, CLT
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Owner
Dr. Trimbo is the owner of TrueMotion Physical Therapy, established in 2020. Prior to opening his own practice, he has accumulated 14+ years experience in various orthopedic settings. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2009, and his bachelors in Exercise Science from Pacific University in 2006.
Robby is a certified lymphedema specialist and has considerable experience treating sports, spine, and general orthopedic injuries and conditions. He has worked closely with various sports teams, with a special interest in soccer which he coached rigorously for 21 years. Additionally, Robby has great interest in teaching and mentorship within the field of physical therapy, and has been a clinical instructor for numerous physical therapy students over the past decade.
Outside of work Robby enjoys spending time by the water with his Labrador Retriever, and playing, coaching, and watching soccer.
MCKENNA MACKINTOSH, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. MacKintosh was raised in Vancouver, WA and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC) in 2020, and her bachelors in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology at Linfield College in 2015.
McKenna treats patients of all ages and conditions, and particularly enjoys treating shoulder injuries, sports injuries, and pediatrics. As a former collegiate athlete, she especially enjoys working with soccer, baseball/softball, swimming, and football players, and any overhead throwing athletes. McKenna strives to create an alliance with her patients by putting their goals and values at the forefront of their treatment, and is passionate about empowering patients through education about their condition. She emphasizes manual therapy, exercise, and functional activities in her treatments.
Outside the clinic, McKenna enjoys running, traveling, and is active in outdoor actives including hiking and camping with her husband and Australian Shepherd. If she's looking for quiet time, you may find her baking or reading.
Office Manager & Credentialing Specialist
ALLY TOWNSEND
Ally was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, growing up in Washougal and living in various areas of the US before settling back in Washougal. She attended George Fox University in Newberg, OR, majoring in English and Communications. Ally splits her time between TrueMotion Physical Therapy and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, where she has worked for 14 years. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she went back to school and graduated in Medical Coding and Billing, Medical Office Management and Medical Records Management with a 4.0.
In the last 2 years, Ally started to lay the foundation to start her own Credentialing and Office Management business, where she is building a small clientele of private start-up clinics, including helping found TrueMotion Physical Therapy (her pride and joy).
A mom of one teenage son, she also cares for her three rescue cats and 3 rescue chickens. She has been planning her dream vacation to Ireland for 21 years (multiple trips planned, all canceled for one reason or another). She enjoys traveling, coffee, baseball, coffee, hiking, coffee, music, and coffee.
Office Assistant & Design Specialist
KARA KLAUS
Kara is a Ridgefield native, attending Ridgefield High School, and grew up playing competetive soccer. She works diversely as our office assistant as well as our design specialist for our TrueMotion team. She graduated from Washington State University Vancouver in 2022 with a degree in Digital Technology and Culture, and a minor in Communication. Outside of TrueMotion, Kara works in social medial management and design.
When she is not managing your care, Kara enjoys spending time with her German Short-Haired Pointer, creating content, and doing all things outdoors.
Office Assistant & Insurance Coordinatior
KINZIE CLIFT
Kinzie was born in Utah and grew up all over the west: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California. She moved to Vancouver in 2023 after serving 6 years in the United States Air Force as a Healthcare Administrator. Along with her role as office assistant, she is also working towards a degree in Communications.
Also known as the wild child, in her free time you can find her doing something spontaneous such as skydiving, going on road trips, at the nearest karaoke bar, or just curled up on the couch with a good book.

ELLA KLAUSE
Ella was born and raised here in Ridgefield Washington. She is currently a freshman at Clark College majoring in nursing, and plays for their Women's Soccer Team. After Clark, she plans to apply for nursing or dental hygiene school.
Outside of work and college, Ella enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing with her two dogs and staying active anyway she can. She also enjoys making art such as painting or pottery in her quiet time.
